Broker automatically keeps the remainder of the pool. If a sales person has no manager, the manager share stays with the broker. PH withholding tax on commissions is commonly 5% (with sworn declaration, gross ≤ ₱3M) or 10% — editable per sale. Consult your accountant. 🙏
